A gesture to modern heritage
A new apartment building with horizonal bands of windows and layered façade of white plaster and exposed concrete.
The project refers to the modernist style of the 30’, known as functionalism and is characterized by clearly marked horizontal lines and corner windows.

The block consists of two wings, each in different design, will house 58 apartments and two shops.
